Privacy
Plain-English notice for a B2B subscription. It is not legal advice. Counsel should review it before you rely on it. Questions: tom@fxginteractive.com.
Who we are
LiveGrad (livegrad.com) sells graduated outbound-email seats to businesses — SaaS founders, boutique agencies, and fractional CROs. This notice covers the site, checkout, kickoff, and the seat itself. It does not cover your own privacy policy toward the people you ask us to email.
What we collect
- Account and kickoff. Name, work email, company, role, outbound stack, ICP notes, and an optional calendar link you submit on the intake form.
- Billing. Stripe processes the card. We receive subscription status, amount, customer email, and a checkout id. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Prospect lists you provide. Business contact data (names, work emails, titles, company, and notes) you upload or paste so the seat can draft and, after graduation, send.
- Seat activity. Drafts, exam scores, sequences, replies you forward to us, and meeting outcomes you report.
- Site analytics. Google Analytics 4 (measurement id G-0KZ9ZCEDSX) and Vercel Web Analytics on livegrad.com pages. Google and Vercel may process device and page-path data to show us which pages are used; we do not use either for targeted ads.
How we use it
We use customer data to sell and run the seat: take payment, lock ICP, run the graduation exam, send email only after a pass, and email you a weekly pulse. We use prospect data only to operate your seat. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your prospect list to prospect for other customers.
Roles
For prospect lists, you are the controller (you decide who is emailed and why). LiveGrad is the processor: we handle that data on your instructions to draft, score, and send. You must have a lawful basis for the list, honor opt-outs, and not ask us to email people you have no right to contact. Our terms are the processing instructions unless we sign a separate DPA.
Who else sees it
- Stripe — subscriptions and card checkout.
- Google and Vercel — Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics on the marketing site.
- FormSubmit — the ICP form is emailed to tom@fxginteractive.com through formsubmit.co.
- Vercel — hosts livegrad.com.
- Your sending stack — inboxes, domains, and sequencers you connect (for example Instantly or Apollo). Those providers see what you configure them to send.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to prevent abuse of the service. Subprocessors may process data in the United States.
Email we send
A seat does not send until it passes graduation on your ICP. Messages go out under domains and inboxes you control, with a way for recipients to opt out. We do not buy lists for you, and we do not offer lookup of private photos or personal dossiers.
How long we keep it
We keep account, ICP, and prospect data while the subscription is active and for a short wind-down after you cancel (target: delete or return prospect data within 30 days of a written request, unless a copy is stuck in a backup rotation). Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Analytics retention follows the Google Analytics and Vercel project settings.
Your requests
Email tom@fxginteractive.com to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to processing. If you are asking about someone on a customer’s prospect list, we will refer the request to that customer where they are the controller. We may need to confirm you are the requester.
Security
Access to customer and prospect data is limited to running the seat. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords or full card numbers by email.
Children
LiveGrad is a business product. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this notice changes in a material way, we will update the date above. The current version is always at https://livegrad.com/privacy.html.
