After pay
Kickoff, then the ICP form, then graduation, then a human review before the first send. Track it on seat status.
Fail
If a draft fails the exam, it is not sent. It is rewritten against the checks it missed and scored again.
Domain
Each seat has a daily cap and a slow ramp. Read deliverability for warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and opt-outs.
Promise
We do not promise a reply rate or a number of meetings. We promise nothing ungraduated leaves your domain.
